Vikalp Bengaluru
We have regularly screened non-fiction films over the last five years in Bengaluru. We are the local chapter of Vikalp, a loose association of individuals across the country, committed to addressing issues of censorship - whether imposed by the state or by sectarian interests. Vikalp was born out of a country-wide protest against an attempt at censorship at the Mumbai International Film Festival in 2004.
